We have always lived by the mantra that, “No organisation can outgrow the mindset of its leader”.
Leadership of any organisation can be a lonely job, particularly when the leader can see the need for change that others resist. An experienced external coach can provide crucial support.
Our coaching programs often run in conjunction with periods of business change and provide the ideal sounding board for a leader or leadership team. These programs are bespoke and tailored for the individual leader.
100-Days of Momentum
A lot can happen in 100 days.
Many strong initiatives flounder due to the loss of momentum from the initial spark of strategy conception through to making it a commercial reality. The 100-day concept was chosen as it is the perfect amount of time to make something real. Short enough that we see the end, long enough to make a difference.
The program works with teams to define, get aligned and turn projects into reality. We use a coaching methodology to up skill the internal team to take ownership of their own project and retain knowledge in house.
Skills Workshops
Many organisations have grown quickly and have promoted talented young people from technical roles into leadership roles. Over time we have come to to call this large and talented tribe “the accidental leaders”.
